Vitamin C is a critical nutrient needed to maintain mitochondrial health so that we can produce energy at an optimum rate.

Magnesium creates energy by activating adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is the fundamental unit of energy within the body's cells. It also helps to regulate sleep.

Thiamin is important in the energy metabolism process, but can also improve the body's ability to withstand stressful conditions.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)

Pyriidoxine is significant to protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism and the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters.

Vitamin B7 (Biotin)

Vitamin B9 (Folate)

Folate is important in red blood cell formation and for healthy cell growth and function. The nutrient is crucial during early pregnancy to reduce the risk of birth defects of the brain and spine.
