Experience worry-free shopping with our transparent and easy return process. For unopened pouches, you just have to send the pouch back to us for a full refund.
HOW DO GIFT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WORK?
If you’ve received The Shruum, haven't opened it and changed your mind, you can send the pouch back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your return. We recommend sending your return using a tracked service to ensure your package gets to us.
