
Protein Rice Krispie Cake
We've got a breakfast staple for you this week...
Ingredients
- 1 sachet jrny Madagascan Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- 150g almond butter
- 100g organic honey (or vegan alternative)
- 100g puffed rice cereal
Method

First, place the almond butter and honey in a large mixing bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.

Next, add the protein and mix together well.

Now add the puffed rice cereal and mix together using your hands. Try not to crush it too much.

Transfer the mixture to an 8″ round cake tin and press down firmly.

Transfer and store the cake in fridge
