
Mango Chia Seed Protein Pot
Who doesn't love a fruity, refreshing way to spice up their protein intake, particularly just as the weather's about to change for the better. Once you try this Mango Chia Seed Pot, and see how quick and easy it is to make, you won't be able to stop!
Mango Chia Seed Protein Pot | Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 8tbsp chia seeds
- 500ml milk of choice (we used oat here)
- 400g mango chunks
- 1tbsp honey
- 1 sachet jrny Madagascan Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- Zest of a lime
Method:
- In a bowl, add the chia seeds, your milk of choice, 1/2 a tbsp of the honey and 2 scoops of your jrny powder and mix well
- Leave to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the mixture to thicken up
- Give the mixture a stir every now and then
- When you’re ready to consume, blend your mangoes and the remaining 1/2 tbsp of honey until smooth
- Evenly spoon your chia seed pudding mixture into glasses or ramekins etc. and top with your mango purée
- Treat your tastebuds to an extra ‘zing’ by grating lime zest on top and enjoy!
