Ingredients
- 2 scoops (15g) of jrny Madagascan Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 tsp of Espresso powder
- 2 scoops Pancake mix (Plant-based alternative for Vegans)
- 100ml milk of choice (Plant-based alternative for Vegans)
- 100g quark (Plant based alternative for Vegans)
- 10g chopped walnuts
Method

Whisk together the pancake mix and milk in a mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together the protein powder and quark (add a little milk or water to loosen the mix if necessary).

Once cooked, layer with latte cream on each and top with chopped walnuts.
