
Chocolate Coconut Protein Lollies
Ok... it might seem a tad early, but work with us, it was 25ºC last week!
We've got a wonderfully simple recipe for you to try this week, packed full of protein and gorgeous tasting, it's a great way to boost your energy levels with protein, vitamins and minerals all in one.
Ingredients:
- 2 sachets jrny Double Chocolate Brownie Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 can of Organic, full-fat coconut milk
Method
1. Blend ingredients and pour into lolly moulds2. Freeze until frozen
Add some sprinkles and chocolate pieces like the header image and make it a full blown treat!
