Chocolate, coconut AND 16 vitamins and minerals all in the same recipe?

- 2 scoops (15g) jrny Double Chocolate Brownie Vegan Protein Powder
- 60g Porridge Oats
- 1 tbsp Agave Syrup
- 60g Apple Sauce
- 5g Desiccated Coconut
- 5g Dark Chocolate Chip
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. In a bowl, combine your jrny Double Chocolate powder with the oats. Mix, then add the agave syrup, apple sauce and grated coconut. Mix again.
- Divide into 5 equal sized bar shapes, pressing down on the top. Before putting in the oven, sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
- Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Place them in the fridge until chilled and enjoy.
